Kelly Creech
Kelly Creech moved to Charleston, South Carolina and joined Headley Law Firm in 2018. She has nearly twenty years’ experience as a paralegal, and she enjoys working on medical malpractice cases because of the complex subject matter involved. Kelly also enjoys learning something new with almost every single case. Kelly works tirelessly to make a difference in the lives of Headley Law Firm’s clients. She is the consummate professional, and she motivates those around her to work harder.
When she is not devoting her years of experience and knowledge to her work, Kelly spends her time traveling and exploring the world. She actively seeks out adrenaline-inducing activities, and she enjoys hiking, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and roller derby. Kelly lives on Daniel Island with her dogs, Blue and Dogger, and loves to spend time in the outdoors with them daily.
Amanda Brown
Amanda Brown joined Headley Law Firm as a paralegal in 2024 after relocating to Charleston from Virginia Beach, Virginia, where she was born and raised. Amanda graduated from Old Dominion University where she majored in Exercise Science, and she has nearly six years of experience working in the legal field. She enjoys both the busy work environment of a law office and the challenge of helping put the pieces of each case together to get to the heart of the matter. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys yoga, walking, and trying new restaurants.
Emma Woodham
Emma Woodham is a native of Lincolnton, Georgia, and graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2015. She moved to Charleston in 2016 and began working for Headley Law Firm in 2020. Within weeks of joining the firm, Emma realized that she had finally found her calling. In 2021, she applied to and was accepted to the Charleston School of Law, and is set to graduate in December of 2024. Emma plans to work for Headley Law Firm as an associate attorney after graduating from law school and passing the Bar. In her current role as a paralegal for Headley Law Firm, Emma enjoys developing relationships with clients and helping them through the process of a lawsuit.
Emma and her husband, Ryan, live in Charleston with their two dogs, Goose and Poppy. In her spare time, Emma enjoys writing fiction, reading a wide variety of books, traveling and exploring new places, and saltwater fishing.
